"I don't want to be Sailor Moon, moon princess, moon anything! I just want to be a normal kid, is that so hard to understand?.........I can't do this anymore, I'm not strong enough.......I'm not strong enough....."

   "SERRREEEENNNNAAAAAA!!!!!!!"

The moment played over and over in the back of Raye's mind. Raye was Sailor Mars, and one of the four protecters of the princess. But she failed at that. She failed at protecting the Moon princess, and more importantly, she failed at protecting her friend. She couldn't believe how she was so easily distracted by Jadeites weak assistant, Danielle. And while they were being distracted, Serena laid on the sidewalk bleeding to death. And there was nothing she could do about it. She had to watch on helplessly as Serena cried out for them....Her train of thought was interrupted by the phone, which rang several times before Raye finally got up to answer it.

"Hikawa Shrine....", she said with a less than cheery voice. "Hi Raye....its Mina." Mina, AKA Sailor Venus, laid in her bed staring up at the ceiling. Like Raye, she couldn't stop thinking about the horrifying events that took place earlier that night. "Oh...hey Mina...whats up." "Nothing really. I just can't sleep tonight....its 2 Am right now, and I didn't even realize it. Its been a long night." "I know what you mean. It seems like an eternity." "How are you holding up?" "As well as I could be under the circumstances I guess." "Yah......I just can't...I can't believe Serena is gone!" Hearing Serena's name caused Raye to nearly burst out in tears. Being a sailor scout was fun, like a fairy tale. Fight evil, save lives, fall in love......it was everyones dream. But when something goes wrong, reality hit them hard in the face. Even the nicest dreams are accompanied by a horrible nightmare. "I know Mina.....I was just thinking about her too." "I feel so horrible...and at the same time, I am just so angry I can't think straight. The person that did this to her....Who is this Jadeite? I figured you'd know the most about him, since I wasn't around when you guys defeated him the first time." Raye thought about her and Jadeites history, which was longer than it would seem to the casual person. They weren't just former enemies.....

"Jadeite is cruel and sick. He'll go to any lengths to accomplish his mission. But...I didn't think he would be this cruel....." "What about the girl that was with him?" "I have no idea...its the first time I've ever seen her." "We'll get them back Raye....we always do. You'll see. Then we'll find some way to bring Serena back, and everything will be fine." Mina always was on the up side of things. "I know V-babe......I think I know. Ever since Serena passed away I've had a terrible feeling about the future. Something feels really wrong. Like Serena was the glue that held the future together." "Not only the future, but the present too. Without her, whats going to happen to us scouts? Who's going to be our leader?' "Who am I going to make fun of now...and call meatball head.....", Raye said as she started to cry. "Its gonna be alright Raye....you just wait. Luna has been trying to contact you all night, you know." "I took my communicater off. I don't feel much like talking right now...." "Oh....I'm sorry then. I'll let you go. But she wanted me to pass along a message. Theres a scout meeting tommorrow, after school. Make sure you're there....I bet she's got a great plan to toast that jerk. Try and get some rest Raye....night." "Goodnight Mina."

Sailor Soldiers:Legacy
Episode 2
The Battle Has Begun, Danielle's Foolish Decision

"In local news tonight, a tragic incident took place near the OSA-P jewelry store, as two girls, one the daughter of the jewelry store owner, were murdered earlier this evening. The two high school girls were reportedly walking home from school when an unknown man appeared out of nowhere and stabbed them to death. Witnesses say he then vanished into thin air minutes before police hit the scene. The names of the girls haven't been released yet, but we'll have more information on this senseless killing whenever we get it. In other news......"

The tv was turned on in Darien Shields apartment, but he wasn't paying attention to it. He already knew what had happened earlier and it was tearing him up inside. He sat on his bed staring at a picture of Serena, taken at least 2 years ago. "She was so beautiful.....so carefree and high spirited. Why wasn't I there to protect you, my love...", he thought as he stared at the picture. Not even the tv, which was playing an incredibely loud commercial at the time, followed by the person next door banging on the wall, could take his eyes off that picture.

He arrived late at the scene for once, instead of being there to save her like he usually did. He got the news from Artemis, who ran to his apartment right after Amy called Luna and he on the communicater to let them know what happened. He was too late this time, and when he got to the scene of the crime Serena's eyes were already cold and soulless. He didn't even get a chance to say goodbye. All of the scouts rushed to his side, except Raye, who seemed to ignore Darien for some reason. She was so cold to him. She probably hated him for not being there for Serena, a feeling that Darien had to agree with. He hated himself so much right now.

Sitting next to him on his bed was his tuxedo and mask. A red rose laid inside of his top hat, an outfit he had hoped he would never have to wear again since Chaos defeat. He was going to college in America, but for reasons beyond his control, he found himself back in Tokyo. And now he didn't know if he could ever leave at all. His whole future was destroyed the moment Serena stopped breathing. He grabbed the rose that laid in his hat and stared at it, his eyes going over little detail on it. It was a beautiful flower, and had become his trademark. He didn't have powers like the sailor scouts, but for some reason he could throw the rose like it was a knife. He used the razor sharp edge of the stem to peirce his enemies. Usually, whenever he threw that rose, it was followed by the joyous cry of Sailor Moon, who he had saved yet again. But now, that would never happen again. He would never hear her wonderful voice again....

He carried the rose to his bathroom, where he stared at himself in the mirror. He was handsome and young, and now, full of self hatred and loathing. When he first met Serena he was a lost soul, not knowing who he truly was. She helped him discover his past and get past the tragic death of his parents. Now, he faced another tragedy. He looked down at the rose, then back at himself in the mirror....before he threw the rose at the mirror in frustration, shattering the glass. He walked in the living room and collapsed to the floor, trying to hold back his tears. As he tried to control his emotions, a familiar tune echoed through the lonely room. He looked beside him, where he saw the locket he had given Serena so long ago. It was open and playing a haunting, beautiful tune. A tune that always reminded him of their love. Luna had given it to him earlier that night, per his request. He wanted something to remember her by, no matter how much it killed him inside. A tear rolled down his cheek as the song played, and he looked back at his bed, more specifically at the mask he wore whenever he wanted to be brave. He stood up and walked towards it, finally picking it up and staring at it, his eyes vacant of any emotion. "For years I wore that mask to hide from my pain. I promise you Serena, I'll never wear that mask again......" His thoughts turned to the person that caused him so much pain, now, the object of HIS obsession.....

"Jadeite?" Danielle searched their little apartment looking for the man of the hour. Ever since they got back, he had been gone. She was starting to think about what had happened, and how wrong it seemed. She was having doubts.... She knew what they did was really wrong, but at the moment it was so exciting and so thrilling. Destroying Sailor Moon! No one had ever accomplished anything like that. Well, it was never final, anyway. But this time it was different. Not only was Sailor Moon dead, but Jadeite possessed the Imperium Silver Crystal. The most powerful thing in the universe....there was no way they could lose now. But still, she wasn't as happy as she thought she would be.

"Oh...there you are.", she said as she walked through a door to the roof of their building, where Jadeite was watching over the city. "What are you doing out here? Its kind of cold....come inside, I'll make you some cocoa.", she said as she smiled. "It all went so perfect, but we still made one mistake." Jadeites face was very serious, not a bit of humanity or compassion shone through it. He watched the lights of night time Tokyo and thought about his former allies, the friends he served under Queen Beryl with. What had happened to them? Were they put in eternal sleep like him? Or did they meet their death by the hands of the Sailor Scouts. They weren't anywhere on earth, so obviously something bad had to have happened. And if they were ALL defeated by the scouts, what would happen to him now that he was alone.

"Whats that Jeddy..." He glared back at her with cold eyes, letting her know he didn't appreaciate his new nickname without saying a word. "The sailor soldiers are still alive. I should have finished them off while they were off guard. Now they know I'm here, and they'll be prepared for me. I...I don't know if I can beat them by myself." "But Jed, you have that crystal. Isn't that the source of their power?" Jadeite looked at the crystal in his hand, it was stained with Serena's blood.... He had heard stories of the crystal, but he had never seen it before since he was put to sleep before it was created. It was truly beautiful, and the blood made it even more appealing. He felt the power of the small crystal....the only problem was he didn't know to use it.

"I don't know. This crystal is a mystery to me, I don't know much about it. But since Sailor Moon carried it with her, I assume it holds great power. Hmmm.....maybe letting the scouts live was a good idea. We can gather the information we need from them." Jadeite laughed to himself, causing confusion on the part of Danielle. "What are you laughing about?" "When I used to need something, I'd have one of my Dark Kingdom lackies do it for me. They would usually fail, but they were good for grunt work. I suppose we'll have to do things ourselves until we can figure something out." "So whats the next move?" Jadeite looked out at the city again and squinted at the bright lights. "Now, we enjoy the moment."

The scene at school was the bleakest anyone had seen in a long time. Serena and Molly were friends to nearly everyone, and their deaths was a huge slap to the usually happy high school kids.Amy Anderson sat at her desk, her science book open as the teacher in the front of the class was asking questions to kids at random. She wasn't paying attention though, and school, which was once one of the most important things in her life, seemed trivial right now. She stared out the window at the sad faces of her schoolmates as they walked around on the grass below, some heading to the special counselors the school brought in to help the students while others, who couldn't handle the stress, were walking home for the day. She wanted to go home too, but she knew that wouldn't help anything. It was better to be depressed with company than alone.

"Amy?....Amy!?.....Miss Anderson!" Amy broke out of her trance and looked towards the teacher, who was now leaning on her desk. "I...I'm sorry. I was just...." , Amy said as she tried to search for the right words. The teacher completely understood though, Amy wasn't the first person today to go blank. "Its okay Amy. I was just worried about you. I had a question for you, and usually you're so eager to answer. But today you didn't even notice me. I know things are rough right now, so don't worry about it. Are you sure you don't want to go home? It might do you some good." "No, thank you....I'll be ok." "Serena was a friend of yours wasn't she? You know my very best friend died last year, so I know how you feel. Its really painful at first, but eventually you'll move on. I know that sounds cold, but its just human nature. Are you sure you don't want to go home?" "I'm positive. I'm sorry if I disturbed class, but I'm fine now. Really." The teacher nodded and walked back up to the front of the classroom, while Amy resumed her stare towards the grass outside.

"So what do you think Darien is going through right now?", Mina asked Lita as they walked down the hallways towards their next class. "You know him, he's probably in some dark place sulking." "Yeah, exactly where we should be. It just seems wrong for things to go on like this after what happened." "Would you rather the world completely stop?" "I think Serena deserves it....." "She does. But I'm sure she wouldn't want things that way. She'd want us to get on with our lives." "Yeah, and toast that creep who did this to her." "Thats my top priority right now. When I get my hands on that nega sleeze I'm going to--" Mina lightly elbowed Lita in her side, then whispered in her ear. "Shhh.....look over there, its Melvin." "Molly's boyfriend.....jeez he must be feeling horrible right now." "Yeah, he looks so quiet. Not his usual obnoxious self." "Should we go talk to him?" "I don't know. Would you want to be bothered at a time like this? Maybe we should leave him alone." "Come on Mina, its your job to keep spirits high. So lets go!", Lita said as she grabbed a relctuant Mina by her arm and pulled her along.

"Hey Melvin, are you ok?", Lita asked as her blonde counterpart tried to hide behind her. Melvin looked up at Lita and walked away from the two, staring at the floor as he made his way to a different class. "I told you Lita, sometimes people need to be left alone." "Poor guy....With all of our crying over Serena we forgot all about poor Molly.....So what do we do now? Go to class?" Mina shook her head and pointed towards a line of people walking out of the schools side door.  What she didn't notice, however, was a new student to the school, a handsome young man with shoulder length green hair, dressed in an all black outfit, standing behind her. Things must be really bad when Mina doesn't notice a cute guy.... People walked by the young man wondering why he didn't have to wear the uniforms they did, but he just ignored their chattering and continued to stare at the beautiful young Mina. He heard a voice call out to him, it was smooth and relaxing, almost hypnotical. "Jade...." "I'm here." "Have you discovered anything yet." Jade stared at Mina and a grin came across his pale face. "Maybe....."

"Forget school. I don't think anyone is going to miss us today. Lets go get Amy and call Luna, so we can see whats up with the plan.", Mina said as Lita punched her own hand and smiled, it was time to get down to business. "Sounds good to me. But are you sure Amy will go? I mean come on, its school!" Behind them, Amy threw her books in her locker and slammed it shut. "So what. School can wait one day. Besides, I am the girl genius....I can make it up." Lita put her hand on Amy's forehead, feeling for a fever. Amy skpping school? She had to be delirious. "Are you feeling ok? Do you feel weak or sick?" "No, no, I am fine. I agree with Mina. Lets go see Luna." Mina laid her head on Amy's shoulder and Lita laid against a locker. They could put up a fake smile all they want, the fact of the matter remained the same, they were all hurting deeply inside. "Where do you think Luna is? I haven't seen her since  last night." Lita asked as she watched the teacher in the class in front of her nervously stare at her. "Call her on the communicator.", Amy said. "She's probably already at the Hikawa Shrine with Raye. She said she was going to watch over her. Raye sure took this hard.", Mina said as the girls started walking out the door. "We're all taking this hard." "I know Lita. But Raye seems to be worse off than us. I called her last night and she barely said a word to me. Not that she was all that talkative before....so..... Where do you think Serena is right now?"  It was an unusual question, but one that seemed fitting. Lita imagined a heaven full of sweets and comic books, and Serena was having a ball. "I bet she's chowing down on heavenly candy." "I bet she's watching over us, cheering us on to beat Jadeite." Mina thought as they both looked back at Amy, who stared at the ground as she walked, not thinking much of anything. "Amy, what do you think?" Amy raised her head and her eyes were filled with tears, which ran down her cheeks as she sniffled. "....She's gone..."

"Gone. Can you believe it Artemis?....."  Artemis and Luna laid on Serena's bed listening to the cries coming from downstairs, where Serena's family was still dealing with the news. "...I saw her just yesterday, happy as can be. And now she's gone forever." "Don't say that Luna! You don't know that! This isn't the first time things have looked bad you know." "I know, but this time its different. Not only is Serena gone, but Jadeite has the silver crystal!" Artemis licked his claws and hissed at the mention of that scum. "I'd like to dig my claws into that guy." "What are we going to do Artemis? What if he tries to ressurect the negaforce? Without Serenity or the crystal, we'd be defenseless." "We have to pray that he doesn't figure out how to use it. At least, not for a while, maybe give us a head start.....are you ok Luna?" "Yes. I just miss her, already. And I...I failed at my task of guiding her...." "I don't know. Doesn't this all seem strange with you? How could Crystal Tokyo exist in the future, if Serena were to die now? You've got to have faith!" "I hope you're right...." "I know I am. I can be smart too, sometimes. Right now we have to focus on Jadeite, and defeating him, It can't wait any longer. I'll go get the girls from school, you go get Raye. We'll meet up at the shrine, okay? Keep your chin up kitty, it'll be alright." Luna smiled and watched Artemis hop up and out of the window.

Before she could do the same, Serena's brother Sammy walked in and looked around the lonely room. He spotted Luna and sat down on the bed next to her. "Hi Luna....you miss her too, don't you kitty? I miss the way she used to steal my videogames and always annoy me. Its funny how you miss things like that. You're a strange cat. Serena never fed you, or watered you, but you're so loyal to her. I guess she had that effect on people...." Sammy started to choke on his tears and Luna jumped in his lap, rubbing her head on his stomach and purring. He hugged her as Serena's mother watched on from the door. She looked over at Serena's dresser and saw a picture of her and Darien, and moms thoughts turned to her daughters mysterious boyfriend. "Darien....Where does he stand in all of this."

Back in Dariens apartment, the scene was the same as last night. The tv was still running and still, no one was paying attention to it. A picture of Serena and Darien laid on his couch, the glass on the frame cracked. Missing from the apartment was Darien himself, and his tuxedo. Only his mask laid next to the shattered picture....

"Boring, boring, boring." Danielle said as she sat on the dirty apartment floor, watching the little black and white television that came with the room. She hadn't felt much of a rush since Jadeite killed Sailor Moon, not like she thought she would. It was just as boring as Crystal Tokyo. It seemed like the only time she felt excitement was when she was around death and destruction, she was beginning to strive on suffering. It gave her a tremendous rush.

She walked into the bedroom, where Jadeite was sleeping. The curtains were closed and the room was dark as night. "Still asleep? Damn. I didn't know super villians slept so damn much." She opened the curtains and sunlight poured into the room. She shook the bed, causing the sleeping Jadeite to slowly open his eyes, only to be blinded by the sunlight. "Wake up Jeddy! Theres no time for sleep, we have sailor scouts to kill!" Jadeite shut his eyes quickly and felt around on the dresser next to him for his shades. He put them on and looked at Danielle, who stood at the end of the bed with a smirk on her face. She thought he looked REALLY cute when he first woke up.

"Stupid! What the hell are you doing? My eyes still aren't fully adjusted to the light, are you trying to permanantly blind me!?" "I'm sorry Jeddy....I just...I'm bored! I can't stand sitting in this little container all day! I want to go do something like shop, get my hair done, or bathe in the blood of those sailor scouts!" She kneeled and laid her head on the bed, hoping she could whine her way into something exciting. "Come on Jeddy please let me do something, I wanna do something right now!" "My god this girl is an annoying brat. She makes Sailor Moon look like the source of maturity", Jadeite thought as Danielle continued to whine. He couldn't stand it anymore, he had think of a way to get away from her! He pulled the covers over his head and rolled over on his side, hoping he could get back to sleep sometime this century. "Fine, you want something to do? Go kill the sailor scouts." "But how, I don't have any powers!" "Buy a gun." "A gun......" "I don't care how you do it, just leave me alone!" Danielle stood up and walked out, slamming the door behind her. "FINE! Oh.....I don't want Jeddy mad at me. How can I make it up to him? Killing those brats would really please him. But they have magic powers, all i have is a cranky boyfriend. Tee hee....boyfriend....." She imagined Jadeite and her, hand in hand, skipping down a golden walkway, beautiful flowers surrounding them. A loud bang against the door snapped her out of the fantasy though, as Jadeite screamed at her for talking too loud.

Danielle stuck her tongue out at Jadeite, who of course, couldn't see her. A lucky thing, too. Nothing worse than a being of pure evil, who hasn't had enough beauty sleep. Danielle thought about what she should do for a moment, then slipped open Jadeites door and eyed the silver crystal that laid on the dresser next to his bed. "Hmmm....I could use that crystal to destroy the scouts. Jed said it had unlimited power, and he doesn't know how to use it. If I figured out how to harness its power, Jadeite would be so pleased with me! He might even hug me! Yes, I'll use the....sparkly rock thingy to destroy the sailor scouts!" She raised her arms in victory before quietly slipping into the room and making her way towards the crystal. As she gently lifted it off the dresser and slipped it into her shirt, Jadeite woke up and stared at her, pondering what she was doing in his room, again.

"Can I help you?" Danielle nervously smiled and waved at the half asleep warrior. "I just came in her to see if you needed anything! Pillow fluffing, another blanket, a day of cuddling?", she said with a big smile. Jadeite turned over and pulled the covers over his head again as Danielle ran out of the door and marveled at her accomplished mission. "Memo to self, kill her when you wake up."

"Mina, Lita, Amy! I'm glad I found you!" The three girls walked down the streets of Tokyo, followed closely by Artemis the cat, who hopped up into Mina's arms. "Hey Artemis, whats up?", Mina said as the girls walked into an alley to talk. "Sailor scout meeting at the temple." "About?" "What do you think? We're going to figure out a way to put Jadeite down for good. I don't know about you girls but I'm getting sick of waiting." Lita scratched Artemis on the head and smiled. "Took long enough. I can't wait to get my hands on that pipsqueak pretty boy. He's not going to be that pretty when I'm through with him." Mina nodded. "You got that right girlfriend. I'm going to put him in the ground like the worm he is." Artemis looked towards Amy, who was still keeping her head down. "Amy....are you up for a meeting? You can go home, if you like." "No way Artemis, Amy is fine. She's a sailor scout, right Ames? She can handle it." Amy looked up at Mina and gave a weak smile. "Yes, I'll be ok." "Good! Then lets go!"

"I know......you hate me. I've always known. You were always a real jerk to me Raye, and I'll never forgive you. You were always being cruel to me, and taking every oppurtunity to make me feel like an idiot. You were always treating everyone like dirt, but I'm the one who has to lose their life? Its because of you I'm dead! Its because of you I'll never grow up and I'll never be happy. I'll never feel the warm embrace of my Darien again, and its because of you my daughter will never have a chance to be born! I hate you Raye, and I hope you burn for what you've done!"

Raye raised up from her bed, covered in sweat. On her stomach was Luna, who had been trying to wake her up for a few minutes. "Raye whats wrong, you look terrible!" The priestess pulled her wet hair behind her ears and shrugged off Luna's question. "Just a nightmare." "Something you want to talk about?" "Not really. Nothing umportant. Whats going on?" "Sailor scout meeting. Artemis went to get the girls." "Great. Are we going to do something about Jadeite." "Sure are, it should be pretty simple. Three of you defeated him last time, I'm positive four of you can. He doesn't have the power of the negaverse backing him up this time, either." "Yeah but before we had Serena. And he took her away. And he has the silver crystal now. Aren't we cosmicly screwed?" "Maybe not. He does possess the silver crystal, but he doesn't know how to use it yet. If we can get it back before he figures out a way to use it, we would have a very good chance of deafeating him." "What about Serena.....would be able to bring Serena back?" Luna shook her head. "I'm not sure." Raye groaned and hopped out of bed. She tossed off her temple wear and threw on more casual wear, a simple yellow and black shirt and black pants. She put on her favorite yellow hat and turned it backwards as Luna watched on confused. "Raye, what are you doing?" "I'm going out Luna." "But what about the sailor scout meeting?" "I'll be back. I just need to take a walk and clear my mind. Don't worry. If I'm late, use the communicator and I'll come running. See ya soon." Raye walked out of her room, leaving Luna all alone again. She noticed something behind Rayes pillow, and yanked it out from under it. It was a picture of Serena and Raye, taken at a fair when the sailor scouts first got together. Raye had her usual annoyed expression in the picture, probably because of Serena using her head as a arm rest. Luna chuckled as she looked at it, and a tear suddenly fell from her eye, splashing down on the picture. "Oh Serena..."

Raye walked away from the temple she called home, eyes on the ground as she headed towards wherever her feet would take her. Walking down the same street was Danielle, who was staring at a map she held in her hands, trying to find the Hikawa Shrine. The 20th century was still pretty new to her, and she had a hard enough time finding her own make up kit. Needless to say, she wasn't the best villian sidekick Jadeite could have hoped for.

Like before, they ran right into each other, each knocking the other to the ground. As Danielle hit the ground, she accidently ripped the map in half. She looked at the torn map and started to sob, nothing ever went right for her. "You stupid litt--" Before she could finish, she looked at the person responsible for her fall. The girls hat was knocked off her head and as she looked back at Danielle, each realized just who the other was. "Sailor Mars!" "Its you!" Danielle rose to her feet and Raye flipped up to hers. Jadeites sidekick reached in her shirt and pulled out the crystal, aiming it at Mars warrior.

"A ha! I got you now you little runt! Behold the awesome power of the silver crystal!" "Oh no! Did they already learn how to use the silver crystal!?", Raye thought as Danielle continued to hold the sparkling gem up. Raye prepared herself for the worst, but after a moment or two of waiting, both of them looked confused. Danielle smacked the crystal against her hands and yelled at it, giving Raye enough time to sweep her legs out from under her and grab the crystal. Danielle found herself on the ground again, with a throbbing headache from her head bouncing against the ground.

"Ow! You little bitch! Now you're really going to get it!" Danielle grabbed Raye by the waist and pulled her down with her. She climbed on top of the sailor scout and repeatedly punched her in the face. It didn't take Raye long to reverse it though, as she wrapped her legs around Danielles head and flipped her backwards, sending her crashing to the ground a few feet away. Raye flipped up again as Danielle laid on the ground trying to collect herself. "So, you're Jadeites lacky. I would have expected something more than a whiny little girl." Danielle wiped blood from her mouth and spit at her. "Funny, I was thinking the same thing about you. You think you're so high and mighty, so powerful. Even in your teenage years you were nothing more than a little girl in a short skirt, thinking she was something she wasn't. You're nothing without Sailor Moon and the silver crystal! You're going to die just like your funny haired friend!" "And who told you that lie, your boyfriend Jadeite?" Danielle climbed to her feet and slowly inched towards Raye. "Don't you ever talk about my Jeddy! I'll rip out your tongue!" "I toasted your boyfriend once, he was incredibly weak. What makes you think he can do anything more now? He's still the same weakling he was 2 years ago. I'll turn him into toast. Especially now, since you don't even have the silver crystal anymore! And its all because of your mistake! Go home and tell your wonderful Jeddy that, I'm sure he'll give you a big hug and tell you its okay. Before he blasts you to eternity, that is." "NO! My Jeddy would never do anything to hurt me! You're a liar! You always will be! Promoting peace and love, you're promoting enslavement of the human spirit!" "What is she talking about? I always will be? Somethings not right....."

"You're wrong! The sailor scouts are trying to spread peace through the world, not enslavement. We're the good guys! We fight for love, justice, and freedom!" "LIAR! Because of you no one knows what true freedom is! Only what you have designated it as! I'm going to put an end to you and all of your seeds of selfishness!"

"Beautifully spoken Danielle. I couldn't have said it better myself, but your wonderful speech doesn't excuse your disruptive behavior....."

Danielle and Rayes attention turned to the sky, where Jadeite, still clad in his Dark Kingdom suit and glasses, hovered above them. Danielle smiled and waved at him, only to get a disgusted look in return. "Danielle you were a naughty girl. We really have to have a heart to heart. AFTER I dispose of this twit, that is. Taking the silver crystal without telling me.....and then LOSING it to our enemy is NOT A GOOD WAY TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION!", Jedaite said with a furious voice as he raised his left hand. A black orb of light circled around his hand, and he aimed it at Danielle. Black lightning flew towards the lacky, striking her in the chest and violently jerking her back at least a hundred feet before it ran her into a wall, knocking her out cold and leaving a blood spot where her head hit. She slowly slid down the wall, leaving a streak of red before she landed face first on the ground.

"Now, as for you Mars. Give me the crystal and I won't hurt you. I promise.", he said with a grin on his face. "You don't even know my real name, do you! Well if you want Mars that bad, so be it! Giving me a chance to transform....the same chance you didn't give Serena...will be your downfall!"

"Mars Crystal Power!", and as a circle of flames wrapped around Raye, her day to day outfit turned into her Sailor suit with trademark high heels.

Jadeite faded away, only to fade in right in front of Sailor Mars face. "Sailor Mars. I suppose this is some type of rematch. Except you're missing two of your friends that it took to defeat me the first time. One permanantly hahahaha. Your peace and tranquility is overrated. Want to know the greatest feeling in the world? Should I tell you? Its not peace, love, or justice. It was shoving a blade through Sailor Moons stomach and watching as her blood poured over my hands. If it makes you feel better, feeling the warmth of your blood as it escapes your body will bring me that same pleasure times two." "SHUT UP!" Mars screamed as she flipped backwards, kicking Jadeite in his face. Jadeite popped his neck and spit blood from his mouth as Mars stood defiantly, long purplish black hair blowing in the wind.

"Nice move." "Something I picked up from a friend. Want to see something of my own?"

"FIRE SOUL!!!", Mars shouted as a ball of fire seemed to fly out from her hand at Jadeite, who simply put up his hand and stopped the flames with a black wall of protection that surrounded his body. "Oh come on Mars. Is that all you got? It was quite laughable."

"Burning Mandala!" Mars shouted, trying a different manuever to harm her mocking adversary. Her rings of fire simply bounced off of the the black sphere of protection, giving Jadeite another reason to laugh. He faded away again, and again appeared directly in front of Mars. He uppercutted her, knocking her a good 20 feet backwards. The silver crystal fell to the ground as Mars landed a few feet away from it with a loud thud. Jadeite dropped to the ground and kneeled before the crystal. "Pathetic. I had more faith in you than that but I can see now you're nothing but a pretty little girl in a bad costume." Jadeite reached towards the crystal as Mars looked on yelling for help. There wasn't anyone around though, and her screams were in vain, the crystal was as good as gone. Jadeite reached towards the crystal, which sparkled as the sunlight caught it....

Out of nowhere, a red rose sticks in Jadeites hand, causing him to pull it back and hold his wrist in pain. "Ahhh what the hell!", Jadeite said as he looked to his side, where Tuxedo Mask stood, his mask and his top hat gone. Mars looked up towards him and smiled, she had never been happier to see him than right now. "Tuxedo M......unmasked?" As she looked closer, she noticed that Tuxedo Mask wasn't wearing his trademask mask. It was plain as day who he was. "Darien, what are you doing!", Mars thought as Jadeite recognized the man that stood before him, as the same man he knew a thousand years ago. He watched the caped hero, who simply stood there, staring back at him.

"Endymion......you're.....Tuxedo Mask? I should have known. The pretty boy hair, the blue eyes, the same tired old suit. And this.....this stupid rose!", he said as he pulled the razor pointed rose from his hand and threw it to the ground. "How do you do that? Couldn't you have picked something more fierce than a flower, prince? Well come on, talk, say something! Whats wrong Tuxedo Mask? No advice for your fallen scout? No witty commentary on the situation? Did killing your girlfriend finally shut you up?! I should be given a medal for silencing the masked annoyance!" The sun reflected off of Dariens eyes as he stared at Jadeite emotionless, finally pointing his cane at him. "Jadeite. I will never forgive you for what you have done. And I promise you, one day I will destroy your very black soul. But for now, someone else wants to dance. But....I'm saving the final dance for you." Darien flapped his cape and jumped off of the wall, dissapearing out of sight. As Jadeite turned around to face Mars, he found himself against all of the sailor scouts, who had appeared when he was distracted by cape boy.

"Oh my. Looks like I'm in quite a jam. Hmm."

   "Venus Love Me Chain!"

   "Sparkling Wide Pressure!"

Venus and Jupiter yelled, respectively. Sailor Venus golden chain flew towards Jadeite and Jupiters electricity wrapped around it. Jadeite jumped out of the way and tossed back electricity of his own. The sailor scouts jumped out of the way as it crashed to the spot where they stood, creating a crater in the ground.

"Shine Aqua Illusion!", Mercury yelled as a huge wave of water came crashing down on Jadeite. He didn't have enough time to react, and the waves pushed him into the same wall he sent Danielle crashing into. He struggled to his feet and faced his four enemies, who stood against the sun, their shadows hanging over his bruised body. "Sailor soldiers....this...isn't over with. You will never be rid of me!"

Sailor Jupiter formed a ball of electricity in her hands and prepared to toss it at the reeling Jadeite. "This is for Serena!"

   "SUPREME THUNDER!"

Before she could throw it though, a gunshot rang out, the bullet grazing Jupiters arm. Everyone looked around to see Danielle, bloody and bruised, with a gun pointing in the sailors direction. "See....Jadeite....I listen. A gun, see? You idiots thought I was dead......my Jadeite would never hurt me...would you?" Jadeite ran and rolled by the scouts, grabbing the crystal as Danielle kept the gun pointed at them. "Don't talk now Danielle, kill them before they have a chance to escape! Now, get rid of them!" "Aye aye....captain...."

"Venus Love Me Chain!" The golden chain knocked the gun out of her hands, leaving Danielle stunned long enough for Sailor Mars to use her devistating attack.

"Fire Soul!", she yelled as a flame shot from her hands, heading right towards the screaming girl from the future. Jadeite was lucky enough to jump out of the way, but Danielle wasn't as smart, as she stood there and let the flames engulf her. She raised her arms trying to block the fire and screamed as loud as she could, neither of which saved her from a violent death. Jadeite watched as her lifeless, burnt body fell to the ground. "Danielle! No! You'll pay for this!"

The sailor scouts took a fighting stance and prepared for the attack. Sailor Venus smirked at the obviously infuriated Jadeite. "How does it feel to watch your only friend burn to death! You didn't even lift a finger to save her! You coward!" "Damn you all! Don't get too cocky, because I still have the crystal and you're still Sailor Moon-less! Danielle, my faithful warrior, watch Tokyo burn to ashes!" And with that, he faded out again, back to his sanctuary, leaving his once trusted sidekick Danielles limp body laying in scorched grass.

"Good job sailor scouts." Everyone looked towards the wall again, where Tuxedo Mask stood, the sun nearly blinding them as they watched on. "Together you have withstood countless adversaries, and together you will continue to succeed. I will always be there to help you in any way I can..." "Darien......", Mars said as she approached him. "......where is your mask? That was a stupid move. Now Jadeite knows who you are, and he'll come after you." "Sailor Mars....I want him to come after me, so I can put an end to his evil ways once and for all." "But you can't defeat him! You're not as strong as the rest of us, you don't have any powers!" "I don't need any powers. Raye....I have the spirit of my love to guide me, and protect me. She watches over me and she will keep me from harm. I am going to destroy Jadeite, at any cost. I won't let anything stand in my way, not even a friend looking out for my best interest.....farewell."

In the Hikawa Shrine, Mina wrapped Lita's arm with bandages as Amy checked on Raye, who had at least sprung her ankle in the fight. "You'll be ok Raye. Just don't put too much pressure on that leg." "Thanks Amy. Lita, are you ok?" "I'm fine. It just grazed me. Hey, at least I can say I've been shot now. That ought to scare everyone at school.", she said as she winked at Raye. Mina sighed and the girls all looked at her, wondering what was wrong. "We really toasted Jadeite today. I wish Serena could have seen it. She would be so proud of us." "She did see it Mina, from her place in heaven. Trust me, she's up there watching over us right now. All of us." Raye thought about what Lita said and felt at ease. She started to think of all the fun they had, and how Serena loved them all so much. And she knew that Serena didn't hate her. She smiled to herself as she thought about her friend and whipsered.

"Don't worry Serena. I'll find some way of bringing you back......I promise."
Episode 2. Things get more interesting. And still messy. Around episode 5 or 6 I started getting the hang of writing, but damn are these first parts ugly. Oh well, enjoy those that wish to enjoy!
